On a personal note

So quick update on my boring life. Gym oh yes lots of that, 35mins cardio with 60mins of strength training, free weights etc.Five days a week. Im reaching a point where I can start to feel a difference in my personal strength. For example I mowed my lawn front and back without breaking a sweat, now before you chastize me for being a sloth, keep in mind I have a lot of lawn and I hardly ever mow it. That makes the job much harder when you have to play catch up...but I digress. I fear I will have to do something quite drastic to see some big gains at the gym. No I'm not talking about shooting steroids into my ass although it was something I lightly considered. I'm talking about a diet, yes the dreaded diet. But which one? They all seem so bad. I need to lose about 4 years of fat. Thats how long its been since I was active outside work. I used to be quite keen on boxing until my girlfriend got pregnant and decided to ruin whats left of my youth. I'm not bitter, just married. My wife insists on feeding me delicious cupcakes and pastries in the attempt to make me less desirable. Much like the evil witch lured Hansel and Gretal with a candy house. So should I cut the carbs? or cut the fat? switch to an all raw diet? Bleh decisions decisions, The good news is I have a very strong support group of friends going to the gym with me so Im not likely to quit, eventually I will have to get into shape just by default. Heck today someone called me a gym rat. Sure I spend enough time there, but is it enough? should I be going 2x a day? When my personal trainer asked me what my goals were I straight up told her I wanted to be an underwear model. But what lengths must I go beyond stuffing my package and not wearing a shirt? Chemistry has an easy answer and if I cant achieve my goals through natural means I will take them by force using the wedge of science to defy gods will and get a cut body. Mark my words......
