Modern tech support is always in Indian. But people are still that dumb. Excellent post!
I often wondered exactly what it was your cousin did down in Victoria :DSam
*lol*
Funny story from my SFU helpdesk days. I got called down to the library computer lab to help a user who couldn't turn on one of the PCs.I get down there and there is this aged professor, standing bewildered in front of a computer monitor."How do I turn it on?"I glanced at the desk."Because there is no computer here. It's just a monitor on a desk."No computer. No keyboard. No mouse. And a frayed sign hanging limply behind it saying, "Out of Service".
