Its not really broken but I decided to lift some weights. I havent properly excersiced in months and months. I lifted the same weight I used to as part of my routine. My arm is now a useless appendage that dangles from my shoulder. I really need to learn discretion. I was completly owned by my own ego. It didnt seem like that big a deal. Sure the weight was hard to move but a day later so was my arm. Note to self, you are a girl and need to startexcersicing like you have never done it before.
